Cancellation Policy
To ensure dedicated time and energy is reserved for each client, the following booking policy is in place:
Deposits
A 25% deposit is required to secure all bookings.
Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit has been received.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment.
- With 24+ hours notice: your deposit can be transferred to a new appointment
- Less than 24 hours notice: deposit will be non-refundable
Missed Appointments (No-Shows)
If you do not attend your appointment without prior notice, this will be treated as a missed appointment, and your deposit will be non-refundable.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may need to be shortened to fit within your allocated time.
Full session fees will still apply.
