Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened and in their original condition and packaging.

Due to the nature of our products, including handmade and hygiene-related items, we are unable to accept returns on used items.

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, including photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

All orders are processed within 2–5 working days.

Orders are sent via tracked delivery to ensure safe arrival.

Delivery costs are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.
